images in templates

if you are going to make new templates or themes, please remember to use either '$imagedir/your_image' or '$g_url/images.d/default_image' and not just '/imagesd/default_image/index.html'. the reason is because if someone wanted to put phpweblog under their homedir (~user), that would break.
now that i think about it, $g_url needs to be broken up into $g_url_host and $g_url_path. the reason is when you reference an image with $g_url it currently uses 'http://host/images.d/image.gif' which causes apache to start a child for each process (image). instead, i think we should use $g_url_path. which is just '/imagesd/images.gif' and that should cause apache to spawn an new child for just that image but uses the current child. i've not tested this, but i think this is how http works. correct me if i'm wrong. it's been a while.
