Comment mailing ... part 2

Boy, what a loser I am....:-(
Ok, I got the comment mailing thing to work. But when the poster has checked for receiving comments by mail, any comments made to that post it self twice on the comment list and are also mailed twice. Well, this seems to be a minor bug? Any suggestions where I should go in and look?
Have patience, I´m learning (not very fast though)...

my fault (as before!)
However, I´'m still having problem with language files. Even english isn't working all well. Top menus are all shown in variable names (e.g. _INDEX, _CONTRIB etc.) instead of their values.
I cleaned the database, installed a new copy, but still the same result.
Also, another thing: you have included /include/config.php in the archive. However, in the new version, there is really no need for config.php is there?`
Well, I try one last time with this.
