Can't add "include" pages

I'm having some trouble inserting pages.
I want to include the pages as it's also php based, but phpweblog tells me..
"/Error_File_not_found_/home/www/path/to/file/file.html"
It exists! And this error is also occuring on the blocks page.
I've recently renamed stories.php to index.php (and all references to stories.php), could this becausing the problem??

I think I've sorted it. It seems that pressing return after the path screws it up a bit.

why did you rename stories.php to index.php? when you install phpweblog, there is a link from index.php to stories.php. that is probably what's causing the problem.
