  • I've got the setup.sh blues....
Posted under General by dax on Sunday August 13 2000 @ 08:20AM EDT
I am having trouble with the whole setup.sh thing. You see, I don't have telnet access, and I have tried to execute it through ws_ftp but it will not work, it just opens it as a normal document.

    Please help...... anybody.

It won't work, you have to have shell access of some kind. How do you manage MySQL otherwise?

You can, create the database and import tables.sql and data.sql through like phpMyAdmin.

normally I use phpMyAdmin, but I didn't know that you can import tables with it... thanks!
