my javascript doesn't work, Can anyone help?

My javascript not working has stopped me from doing SO MANY things on my computer, and i havent found a way to restore it, DOES ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW WHAT TO DO?? I have already tried the obvious, i went to tools and clicked on internet options, and did everything i was supposed to, CAN ANYONE HELP?!?!?
