    Hi,

    Here's your file permissions:

    chmod 777 logs/
    chmod 666 logs/error.log
    chmod 666 logs/access.log
    chmod 777 backend/layouts/
    chmod 666 backend/layouts/*.xlay

    Make sure you have your database set up, and edit include/common.inc.php with the correct info, and you should be set. You may want to check the language file, as there was a problem that I fixed from another thread:

    setlocale('LC_ALL','en_US');

    should be:

    setlocale(LC_ALL,'en_US');

    Don't know about other lang files.

    HTH,

    John
