Slash Style User Moderation

I'm about to go crazy and attempt to include slash-style moderation in 5.3. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to do the same or if there's any pre-existing PWL mod that does the same thing?
I also want to add a user-profile modification section so that users can choose templates, topics, and comment filter. If there's already a mod that does this, I'd be more that happy to use it instead of reinventing the wheel.
