error found when script debugging is enabled in IE.

when debug is turned on in IE, it pops up with an error when you submit a news article, below is the line of code from formcheck.inc.php where the error is located.
function JS_isBadURL(field, strBodyHeader) {
strTrimmed = JS_trim(field.value);
when i hit the preview button on this website I also got the same error so I know its not just limited to my site.
I would greatly appriciate any help in fixing this problem.

Have tried renaming the function scanned through the code and can't seem to fix it unless I remove all ref to the BadURL var
