rdf import - Development

i am a new user of phpweblog, big fan, it works very well.

the one problem i have had was with a slashdot rdf block, for whatever reason it would timeout at 30 seconds, could be our t.

so i changed func.inc.php, getrdf from fsockopen(url, 80) to (url, 80, $err, $err2, 5) to set the timeout to 5 seconds instead of the default which is apparently 30.

next i will handle the timeout with a Not available or something. didn't see this issue anywhere so i thought i would throw it in.
