    Ok that is something about your Web Server and it is not supporting local languages with any kind :(

    I know that is turkish web site and i m the author of the turksih trans. files...

    Change your web site language to english and after that open the backend/languages/english.lng file dont touch first couple of lines about lcalization and time format.After these lines you gonna see a lot of variables about english translation.Cut turkish language data from turksih lng and paste to this english.lng file .Be gentle when you are working with these files...

    If it not works let me know.
