admin and poolbooth missed

I've just installed the latest unstable.
I upgraded SQL and files, It was a surprise descovering tha I miss admin area (better, i can shift blocks and moderate stories, but i cant configure site) and poolbooth blocks.
Any idea? Please refer to www.loveitaly.net

This is because you need to add these blocks. Try going directly to admin/blocks.php and adding these system blocks. (admin, topics, etc)
This will be fixed before a new release.
