  • Is there any way to migrate from php-nuke to phpweblog?
Posted under General by Jordi Adame on Wednesday May 23 2001 @ 12:22AM EDT
I'm currently using nuke, but I got tired of it. I want to migrate to phpweblog, but I have more than 500 stories that i don't want to loose in my DB.
Is there any way to migrate to weblog without loosing my DB?
    Thanx

I haven't looked at the nuke DB schema, but it should be possible to migrate it. However, I am not much of an SQL wizard, so I would do it with Perl or PHP I guess. I may look at it sometime.

The information you need for a phpweblog story is: Topic, Title, Content, Birthtime, and Author details (Name, Email and URL). None are really required, but it would break stuff if they are missing.
