24h time-format in 0.4.2

Hello,
we are using phpweblog 0.4.2 for internal company news on the front Intranet page ...
Is it possible (on a simple way ;) to change the post and reply time format to 24h (MET)? Until now I can't figure out where to do the code-changes ...

look in your language file, /backend/language/english.lng,
you'll see the time format string there.
You can use http://www.php.net/strftime to see a list of available variables to set your time string.
