small fixes to norwegian.lng

Hi again.
I've looked over norwegian.lng. A few errors (typos) corrected):
_NOPOLLS "Det er ingen aktive....."
_EMPTYTOPIC "Det er ingen nye..."
_EMPTY "Det er ingen..."
_NOLINKS "Det er ingen..."
I can not see any more typos, and checked the entire list a few
times. As it was now, _NOLINKS said "they are no new links",
and that is less good.
