Complete newbie...

Basically, I'm a php newbie. I've had good luck in setting up phpweblog so far. I've followed the install instruction but have come stuck when I've tried to load http://cgi.frampton.plus.com/cgi-bin/admin/index.php. It comes up with Parse error: parse error in /files/home3/frampton/cgi-bin/include/layout.inc.php on line 59. Help! I can't even find line 59! Does it count the commented out stuff or not? I think what's causing the problems is that my html files have to go in http://www.frampton.plus.com and scripts have to go in http://cgi.frampton.plus.com. Does this use of two servers mess much with the phpweblog code?
