I am in the process of changing my 0.4.2 installation to mark comments and stories etc as 'Dead' rather than deleting them from the table. I am doing this because I am the sort of person who doesn't like to lose any data. (This will include rejected submissions being kept).

Is it worth having this as a configration option?

I like this idea as well...Maybee archive the "Dead" information to a alternate Data_Table (or Data_Base) it could come in handy for a "Undo" feature...
