URL Not Found?

Hi,
when i added a URL block, it shoes me the error: Error! URL not found: http://www.musica-pt.f2s.com/gbook.php, but the url exists.
Anyone can help?

I can't offer any help, but this happens to me trying to setup RDF blocks. I think this is a problem with the fopen() function in PHP4. I haven't the time to track it down at the moment.

This may be a possible answer. PHP Bug#7880
I don't have access to my server's config, so I can't play with things as much as I would like. Is there a good work-around, instead of using fopen()?
